and we make every effort to keep them running for you, however
NO REFUNDS will be given for connectivity problems or Internet failure.

HOUSEKEEPING: Initial cleaning done prior to your arrival. All Linens included. There's a coffee maker and coffee grinder. Enjoy the owner's personal collection of DVDs, Hawaiian/Nautical Library & Beach Equip (Boogie Boards etc). Please take care of "CALYPSO" as you would your own home.

RESERVATIONS: We require an advance deposit of $300, the dates of your arrival and departure, and how many people are in your party. This will confirm your reservation. The rent is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. The $300 deposit also serves as a damage deposit and is refunded to you within 14 days of departure.

CANCELLATION: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the abount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
