HOUSEKEEPING: Initial cleaning is done prior to your arrival. All Linens included. There's a coffee maker and coffee grinder. Enjoy the owner's personal collection of Videos, DVDs, Hawaiian/Nautical Library & Beach Equip (Boogie Boards etc). Please care for "SOLITUDE" as you would your own home.

Check In: 4 pm Check Out: 11am

RESERVATIONS: We require an advance deposit of $500, need exact dates and approx times of your arrival and departure, and the number of people in your party. This will confirm your reservation. Your balance is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. This deposit also serves as a damage deposit and is refunded to you within 14 days of departure.

CANCELLATION: Your deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is given 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds of deposit or rent will be refunded if cancellation is less than 30 days of scheduled arrival date.
